Welcome to Palnackie Harbour
Preserving and protecting a valuable port of historic and present-day importance
On this page you'll be able to find out about the history of Palnackie Harbour, read about conservation efforts, events and even ship movements!
Today, Palnackie Harbour is known as the home port of Scotland's only tall-ship - La Malouine. Her masts are prominently visible across the local skyline, and have introduced many an inquiring visitor to Palnackie.
After many years of being "de facto defunct", some members of the local community decided to revive the 1901 Trust with the aim of using it as a platform to promote, rejuvenate and maintain Palnackie's historic port
The Palnackie Harbour User Group - A friendly bunch of community members with an active interest in the harbour, from boatowners to dogwalkers- anyone can be a PHUG!
